Lee Conell is an American novelist, whose collection of short stories, Subcortical, published in 2017, won "The Story Prize Spotlight Award." Her novel, The Party Upstairs, will be published this year from Penguin Press. For more information about the author, please visit her website .
Currently she is in Japan on a US-Japan Friendship Commission Fellowship, and this time, she kindly accepted our invitation to give a reading at Nagoya University. If you have time, do join us!
